Warranty Information

Each replica has a 12-month or 100,000 BB round count limited warranty (whichever comes first). Normal use and wear are covered. Abuse is not covered. Abuse is considered getting excessively wet, muddy, damage caused by negligent maintenance, and anything that is outside of normal playing conditions. The customer is responsible for shipping to Wendigo Customs and from Wendigo Customs. Electronics are not covered under the warranty, however, if a replacement is needed Wendigo Customs will offer a mosfet at cost and replace it for no charge. Gearbox Shells are also not covered under the warranty if it is from a used build. Wendigo Customs offers a one-time complimentary tune-up service. It is highly recommended to only have Wendigo Customs service the gearbox.

Parts supplied by the customer are not covered under warranty. Only parts purchased from Wendigo Customs and installed by Wendigo Customs are covered under warranty.

The warranty will be voided if any of the below is noticed but is not limited to:

• Replica has been disassembled by anyone other than Wendigo Customs

• Abuse or Neglect such as Excessive Firing, using poor quality bbs, not keeping up with maintenance, excessive damage to the externals, and purposely breaking the replica

• Excessive damage from water, mud, fire, falls, drops, dirt, or any damage outside of normal use

• Motor grip removed, changed, altered, modified, or the motor height was adjusted

• Damage caused to barrel by improper cleaning or failure to clean

• Spring changed or removed

• Buffer tube removed
